Bond Thomas

Dr. Bond Thomas has been practicing Chiropractic in St. Petersburg for more than 15 years.
Dr. Bond was educated at Shorecrest Preparatory School from kindergarten to twelfth grade, where he played tennis and ran cross country. He completed his undergraduate degree in Business from Mercer University in Macon, Georgia before beginning his pre-chiropractic courses at Life University School of Chiropractic in Atlanta and completing all Chiropractic courses there also. During his four years at Life University, he studied courses including biochemistry, a major emphasis on anatomy and human physiology, x-ray, diagnosis, chiropractic adjusting techniques and patient care in the Life University Public Clinic. After graduating in 1997, Bond entered a six month internship program in St. Augustine, Florida before returning to his hometown of St. Petersburg, Florida where he has practiced privately since.

Dr. Bond Thomas is a fourth generation native of St. Petersburg. His grandfather, Ninian Bond, moved to St. Petersburg in the 1920s where they established the Bond family hotels. Bond grew up working in the family hotels and he attributes his practice’s customer-focused philosophy to those years.

Dr. Bond is married to Carla, a full time mother and physical therapist, and a proud father to daughter, Cate, and son, Keller.

When he is not practicing, Bond enjoys spending time with family at home, tennis, running, reading, Rotary Club, cooking, gardening, live music and keeping up to date on the most current nutritional, chiropractic and wellness related information.

Bond is the past president of The Rotary Club of St. Petersburg, volunteers his time at The St. Pete Free Clinic, a member of the Florida Chiropractic Association and The St. Petersburg Chamber of Commerce.
